INTRAORAL CAMERAS
Intraoral cameras are an excellent means of allowing the patient to view their teeth and potential dental conditions. The images are displayed on a computer monitor in the exam room. The cameras are capable of magnifying images at a significant level. This can be an invaluable tool in allowing the dentist and patient to see pathology, such as fractures, deteriorating fillings and cavities that wouldn't easily be seen without this level of magnification.

SCHICK DIGITAL X-RAYS
By using digital x-rays we are able to significantly reduce the amount of radiation that you would be exposed to compared to traditional X-ray equipment. With the digital method, a small sensor is positioned inside a patient's mouth and the images instantly pop up on a computer screen in the exam room. These images can then be enlarged and more easily viewed, giving our doctors and you a better feel for what's going on inside your mouth. |
PANORAMIC X-RAYS
Panoramic X-rays provide a broad view of the jaws, teeth, sinuses, nasal area, and temporomandibular (jaw) joints. These X-rays reveal problems such as impacted teeth, bone abnormalities, cysts, solid growths (tumors), infections, and fractures. |
